Burn-In Board and Driver Design

ETS provides design, manufacturing and testing for most industry standard board formats including Reliability, Aehr Test, MCC HPB, Kineticon and Incal. We offer the option for final test Burn-In, THB and HAST boards using backside pin probing or industry standard socket probing using a BOSS Triple S tester.

Our design engineers will perform density studies to ensure maximum capacity without compromising signal integrity. Our manufacturing process supports board layouts up to 26 x 36 inches and up to 32 layers while providing 100% traceability with continuous quality control during the complete manufacturing process.
